"Tell Eight and the WIN can be GREAT!" Contest Rules & Regulations
1. NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PURCHASE IS REQUIRED: Sweepstakes entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. EST on June 14, 2009 until 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2009.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the "Tell Eight and the Win can be Great" Contest Drawing use the "Click to tell friends" procedure, send in at least eight eMail addresses, and follow all other instructions. All fields on the form must be completed.
Entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2009 in order to be eligible for the drawing(s).
Each submission of eight eMail addresses or more entitles the entrant to one entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed to belong to the holder of the e-mail account.
All entries are the property of tweenworld.net, and tweenworld.net reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or tampers with the promotion or the web site of tweenworld.net, email boxes, or any online business entities. Tweenworld.net reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the entire promotion at any time. If promotion is terminated for any reason, notice will be promptly posted on the website at: http://www.tweenworld.net
3. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to any living person, located in the continental US, who holds a valid eMail address, and is of at least 8 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, principals, advertisers and immediate family of tweenworld.net are ineligible to enter.
4. DRAWING: One prize winner will be selected at random on the 30th day of each month, commencing over the period of August through December, 2009. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prize winner will be notified, by eMail and publication on tweenworld.net during the aforementioned week(s). If for any reason tweenworld.net is unable to contact a prize winner within three days of the drawing at email address provided on entry, the prize will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. In accepting any prize, the prize winner grants permission to have his or her name used for tweenworld.net's advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
5. PRIZES: The prize is a Wii System. One prize will be awarded each month of the contest. Tweenworld.net may, at its discretion, require the prize winner to complete and return an affidavit certifying the prize winner's eligibility for the prize and to provide the winner's federal tax ID number. Tweenworld.net shall not be deemed to be a seller of the prize for any purpose, and does not assume any responsibility or liability, under tort or contract, for the proper or improper use or installation of the prize or for its merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless tweenworld.net and its agents, servants and employees from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any federal, state, or local taxes which may apply are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
7. LIST OF WINNERS: Following the award of the prize, the prize winners' names will be posted at http://www.tweenworld.net.
